Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing leanplugin.gg ("the Site") or completing a purchase, you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or make any purchase.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Lean Plugin ("we", "us", "our") regarding your use of this service.

2. Products & Eligibility

Digital goods

All products sold on this Site are digital goods — specifically, Discord role assignments and/or access to exclusive content within our Discord server. No physical goods are shipped. Delivery is fulfilled automatically upon successful payment.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this service (Discord's minimum age requirement).
• You must have a valid Discord account in good standing and be a member of our Discord server at the time of purchase.
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.

Role access

Purchased roles remain valid as long as your Discord account is a member of our server and your account is not banned or removed for violations of our rules or Discord's Terms of Service. We reserve the right to revoke access without a refund if these conditions are breached.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely through PayPal. We accept PayPal balance, credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay where available. All transactions are in EUR (€).

We do not store your payment card details. Card information is entered directly into PayPal's secure, PCI-DSS-compliant payment form and never transmitted to or stored on our servers.

Prices shown on the Site are final and include any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; changes do not affect purchases already completed.

4. Refund Policy

Why no refunds?

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and similar consumer-protection laws, the right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period) does not apply to digital content that has been fully performed with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal will be lost upon commencement of performance. By completing a purchase you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal.

Exceptions

We will issue a refund if:

• You were charged but the role was never delivered due to a technical fault on our side, confirmed within 48 hours of purchase.
• A duplicate charge occurred for the same order.

To request an exception refund, contact us via our Discord server within 48 hours of purchase with your order ID and Discord username.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback with your bank or PayPal without contacting us first may result in immediate and permanent removal from our Discord server and a ban from future purchases.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or transfer purchased roles or access to other users.
• Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Site or its payment system.
• Use bots, scripts, or automation to interact with the Site.
• Provide false information or impersonate another Discord user to gain access.
• Engage in any activity that violates Discord's Terms of Service.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate access revocation without refund.

6. Privacy Policy

What data we collect

When you log in and make a purchase, we store:

• Your Discord user ID (a numeric identifier assigned by Discord).
• Your Discord username at the time of purchase.
• The PayPal order ID (a reference number, not your payment details).
• The amount paid and the product purchased.
• The timestamp of the transaction.

We do not collect your email address, IP address (beyond what web servers log transiently), or any payment card details. Authentication is handled entirely by Discord OAuth2 and payment processing by PayPal.

Why we collect it

Purchase records are stored to:

• Confirm role delivery and resolve disputes.
• Re-assign roles if you leave and rejoin the server (at our discretion).
• Maintain accurate financial records as required by law.

Legal basis (GDPR)

We process your data on the basis of contractual necessity (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — i.e., to fulfil the digital service you purchased. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising or profiling purposes.

Data retention

Purchase records are retained for a minimum of 3 years to comply with financial record-keeping obligations. You may request deletion of your data after this period by contacting us.

Your rights (EEA/UK residents)

You have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data, restrict processing, and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact us via our Discord server.

Third-party services

• Discord — authentication provider. See Discord's Privacy Policy.
• PayPal — payment processor. See PayPal's Privacy Policy.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lean Plugin and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Site or purchased products.
• Interruptions or changes to the Discord service outside our control.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data by third parties.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.

The Site and its products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced in our Discord server. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
